Based on the Russian Vaganova method, this session is focused on how to position the entire body in an anatomically correct way. This is every dancer\u2019s foundation, from which everything else can emerge and develop. Building on my own experience in classical ballet and contemporary dance, I place great value on the dynamics of movement paired with musicality.
