Brit Rodemund<\/a>, Freelance Dancer and Teacher<\/strong>
Brit’s ballet class focuses on the principles of coordination, movement clarity, body and spatial awareness and musicality. On the one hand she places emphasis on the importance for dancers to adapt classical ballet technique to more organically suit them individually, as well as to use the class as a practice for presence, taking risk, to fail and to try again, easiness, to challenge and surprise yourself, to give significance to how you move and discover your personal way in it, to make yourself available in trying different ways of approaching movement.
