The training is based on the different influences I experienced during my dance career. Especially the years in France and in New York with David Howard had a great influence on my didactic and methodological approach. I do not believe in just one way or method. It is my declared goal to promote artistic individuality and stage presence already in daily ballet training. The training is organic and leads from slow and simple elements to more complex dynamic movements. The emphasis of the lessons is on musicality and dynamics, while respecting the latest knowledge from the field of dance medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
